Customer needs is our first priority. We have no reason to refund during the retouching session,But after the oil painting started, we no longer provide refund service, only provide modification service, modify until you are satisfied.If there are special circumstances, a refund can be negotiated, up to 50% of the actual payment.

*once the painting is sent out after confirming with clients, there is no applicable refund except for below damage situations.

 

About Frame Damage

If the frame ordered with portrait arrives damaged, we replace it with a new one.

 

About Lost Painting

If the painting is lost in transit, we will send you a new portrait for free.

 

About Artwork Damage

If your portrait arrives damaged, please email us at support@dreamspainter.com. 

  1. We will repair the damage if the damage can be fixed
  2. We will make a new portrait for you if the damage cannot be fixed

*If the refund is due to damage to the frame or the painting, we will bear the transportation cost. All refunds caused by other reasons shall be borne by you.

 

About Modifications

If you are not satisfied after viewing the photo of the painting you can ask for unlimited revisions FOR FREE.
